About the Role
The primary function of this role is to facilitate the provisioning and testing of all equipment prior to shipping. The primary function of this role is to assist clients with the resolution of technology related issues, with a heavy emphasis in VoIP. These issues range from a variety of technical areas from porting, networking, A/V, and IP cameras. Team members with this role are required to thoroughly document customer interactions for historical reference in the corresponding ticketing software. Secondarily, hardware configuration and staging will be required. Candidates should have previous knowledge / experience with loading web-based configurations and troubleshooting devices such as routers, WIFI APs, IP Cameras, NVR, etc.
