     POSITION SUMMARY:

    We are looking for a mission driven Customer Success Field Operations Engineer who is passionate about building reliable solutions for customers in mission critical situations.  In this role, you will help develop, test, and deploy products that protect our nation’s elite Special Operations teams, critical infrastructure, and most valuable organizations from nefarious drone threats.  To do this, we’ve assembled a group of world-class business/strategy, product design, technology, engineering, and data science professionals with deep knowledge and experience in counter drone solutions to work alongside you in tackling one of the country’s most challenging threats.

     YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You will independently identify potential problems with a product/installation, determine the cause, and execute the appropriate repair in the field in resource-constrained conditions
    • Strong technical aptitude to understand and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and network communications systems in a field environment
    • Deliver industry-leading technical support customer service
    • Present test result reports to Engineering Leadership to help prioritize product development efforts
    • Deliver data-informed recommendations for hardware selections that shape the future development of the product

     YOU SHOULD HAVE:

    • Electrical, mechanical, and network communication skills
    • High level of comfort with hand and power tools as well as assembling and solving hardware challenges
    • Ability to understand new concepts quickly, apply them accurately, organize, schedule, and coordinate work plans; and determine an action plan with little supervision across a range of complex problems
    • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

     IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE:

    • Willingness to jump in and lead new projects independently
    • Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance at the TS/SCI level
    • Ability to work extended hours as required
    • Experience working with the Department of Defense or Department of Homeland Security
    • Passion for robotics and drones
