We are looking for an experienced Project Leader who is passionate about bringing paradigm-shifting solutions to market, at scale.  In this role, you will be leading multidisciplinary projects that will help protect our nation’s most elite Special Operations teams, critical infrastructure, and most valuable organizations from nefarious drone threats.  To do this, we’ve assembled a group of world-class business/strategy, product design, technology, engineering, and data science professionals with deep knowledge and experience in counter drone solutions to work alongside you in tackling one of the country’s greatest emerging threats.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work alongside customers, partners and team members to deliver large scale integration, product development and Go-to-Market projects on schedule
• Coordinate, organize, prioritize, and lead project management activities in an ultra-organized and highly transparent manner
• Build compelling presentations that capture critical delivery milestones, project status, and risks in order to maintain on-quality, on-time, on-budget delivery
• Ensure that the end user experience of any product, feature, or service launched is relentlessly tested for ease of use, intuitive navigation, and 100% reliability
• Develop strong relationships to bridge business, technical, and design teams

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Strong desire to co-locate with the multidisciplinary team in San Diego, CA
• Experience in software and hardware product development with a track record of taking complex projects from concept through scaled deployment
• Strong technical background with passion for design, user research, and customer support
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and strategists
• Demonstrated success breaking down problems into addressable component parts in order to achieve a goal
• Experience creating and delivering compelling user journeys and presentations to executives
