CITYROW (Atlanta – Midtown) is looking for outgoing, confident, self-starters with a strong background in customer service and sales. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated by sales and proactively seeks out new members, partnerships and opportunities to grow the studio.

Candidates must be able mature, self-motivated and able to work diligently under minimal supervision. The role will require availability in the early mornings, evenings and weekends. You will start with 10-20 hours per week, with the opportunity for more hours based on demonstrated results.

Responsibilities:

Sales

· Be a brand ambassador to those that walk in and give studio tours to first-time guests

· Must be comfortable and confident delivering sales pitch in person and over the phone

· Engage clients and build relationships with them to drive member retention

· Process retail transactions and new member sales in the system

Operations

· Open/close the studio and support with day-to-day operations

· Must confidently resolve client and studio conflicts when issues arise

· Maintain cleanliness in exercise space and locker facilities before and after classes

· Proactively solves problems before they arise, and shows sense of ownership for their work

Required:

· College degree or currently enrolled/completing your degree

· Must have boutique fitness/gym or retail customer service experience

· Strong communication skills, written and verbal

· Enthusiastic and charismatic

· Attention to detail

Preferred:

· Previous sales experience (product or service)

· Basic computer skills (working on Mac computer)

· Experience with business management software (such as Mariana Tek, MindBody, etc)
