This position provides an incredible opportunity to lead the studio's overall direction, coordination and operations.
You will be supported by the Owners, Studio Instructors, and Studio team to continue building an incredible culture and first-class experience each and every class for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get in on the ground floor with our team and grow.

REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience managing a team within the fitness industry, high-end retail, or the luxury service industry.
2+ years of business experience managing sales revenue and expenses. Understanding of levers to increase profit.
Outstanding communicator and must be fluent in English. Willing to provide frequent and thorough communications to Studio Team members and ownership.
Honest, trustworthy, and driven to meet business objectives by empowering staff and delivering excellent customer service
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
An outgoing “people person” who respects and values the opinions of co-workers, clients and the general public.
Computer savvy with high degree of comfort in Social Media and fitness studio software (e.g Mariana Tek, Mind Body)
Must live in close proximity of the studio
Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or related field
Full-time; weekend availability
Must be flexible with your schedule and time
Non traditional hours - day, evening, and/or weekend hours, including holidays and long shifts as the business dictates
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales:
Overall accountable for generating leads and sales
Leverage entire team to deliver on weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
Ensure all lead follow-up occurs consistently and timely
Train and supervise team members to become a best-in-class sales organization focused on “quality” sales that matches products to customers needs
Marketing:
Lead generation by leveraging all available channels including: Social Media, Business to Business, Customer referrals, Studio Team referrals, Community Events, Grass Roots Marketing, and Networking
Develop, execute and continually update the studio marketing strategy. The strategy is to include tactics and campaigns focused on generating leads
Own key marketing channels from planning to execution including but not limited to:
Social Media (e.g Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook)
Weekly CITYROW email (using BrandBot to communicate weekly marketing initiatives, studio happenings, and press)
Lead planning and execution for community and special events (e.g. outdoor pop-ups, local events, bridal fairs, corporate team building, etc.)
Lead and execute Business to Business marketing strategy. This included parterships and cooperative events that mutually benefit CITYROW and local complimentary businesses.
Manage in-studio marketing and maintenance (i.e. chalkboards, flyers, studio special events)
Staffing:
Hire and manage all aspects of staffing for the Instructors and Studio Sales Associates. Includes recruitment, hiring, training, and termination as necessary
Supervise, manage performance, and advise on pay and termination decisions related to Studio personnel
Optimize and publish staff schedule ongoing
Handle all new hire paperwork and on-boarding
Monitor class performance and communicate any schedule changes with the Studio Team
Customer Service:
Ensure an incredibly positive and uplifting experience for every customer, every class!
Manage and resolve all client issues and requests
Ensure prompt response to all e-mails and Social Media comments and questions
Operations:
Oversee daily operations of the studio
Generate and lead the review of weekly, monthly, and quarterly studio metrics and goal reports with ownership
Enforce CITYROW policies and procedures
Ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained at all times
Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
Order and manage inventory of studio supplies and retail merchandise
Perform ongoing maintenance on studio space and equipment as needed
Coordinate with any outside vendors when necessary (i.e. towel service, water deliveries, equipment repairs, etc.)
Attend all applicable CITYROW training/meetings at Corporate or via telephone or web conferencing
Any other duties as assigned
