    PROGRAM COMPLIANCE MANAGER

     

    Locations – US Nationwide

    Currently full-time remote; future potential to join us in a CJ US office (Westborough, MA; New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Santa Barbara, Westlake Village, San Francisco, CA)

     

    Join the CJ Program Compliance team supporting the growth of major financial, telecommunications, retail, and travel brands in the world’s leading affiliate marketing network! This is a full-time permanent position with CJ US.

     

    CJ PROGRAM COMPLIANCE

    Program Compliance gives advertisers confidence that their promotions in the CJ Network are aligned with their policies and industry best practices. We do this with specialized technology and expertise, analyzing and investigating publisher activity, network data, and promotional content. We also inform and educate publishers to help them be compliant from the start, and we lend our expertise to internal teams throughout the CJ organization.

     

    PROGRAM COMPLIANCE MANAGER

    As a Program Compliance Manager, you’ll skillfully deliver compliance strategy and execution for a portfolio of advertiser clients, manage publisher outreach, and ensure violations are remedied in a timely manner. You’ll apply technology and resources to each client’s specific needs with strategic planning, creative thinking, strong communication, and exceptional attention to detail. Successful Program Compliance Managers consistently learn and apply advanced knowledge including understanding client and CJ business perspectives, relevant regulatory considerations, and the potential impacts of issues and outcomes beyond the immediate situation. You’ll synthesize and deliver information to clients, answer operational questions in client meetings, and confidently advise clients and account teams on common compliance issues and best practices. This is an individual contributor role. You’ll collaborate regularly with other Program Compliance Managers and throughout the CJ organization, and work closely with our Content Auditing support team. You’ll use specialized software as well as typical business applications such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ·       Bachelor’s degree or higher

    ·       3+ years experience delivering high-quality professional services to business clients

    ·       Experience managing affiliate program compliance

    ·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

    ·       Self-driven, focused individual who takes initiative to solve problems

    ·       Excellent logic, reasoning, and critical thinking skills

    ·       Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills

    ·       Intrinsic curiosity with a methodical approach to investigating and resolving issues

    ·       Ability to act decisively with good judgment

    ·       Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills

    ·       Ability to work effectively across time zones, geographies, and cultures
