Job Description
Commercial real estate services firm seeks a qualified applicant for a Full Time accounting/bookkeeping/controller position in the real estate management division. Responsibilities will include property management, accounting, office administration & other tasks. Must be familiar with AP, AR, general ledger, monthly reporting & bank reconciliations, annual CAM reconciliations, and lease review. Must be fluent with Yardi/Genesis software or have advanced technology capabilities. Need to manage 15 entities with separate bank accounts & approximately 300 AP/AR transactions per month. Other duties include expense reconciliations, credit card allocations, labor reimbursements, preparing spreadsheets & assist with collections. Salary and benefits to be discussed.
