Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Case Manager – Mission Focused Foster Care & Adoption Program

Our foster care and adoption program is expanding and we are hiring additional Case Managers to join our Team. Ideal candidates must have a heart to be part of something bigger than themselves.

THE POSITION:

We are seeking self-disciplined and out-going professionals with an innate sense of urgency.

The position of Treatment Foster Care Case Manager is part of a team, supervised by the TFC Case Management Supervisor within our Treatment Foster Care program. TFC Case Managers are assigned a caseload of Professional (Foster) Parents whom they support, empower, and monitor for compliance through a variety of activities including monthly meetings (in-person, telephonic, and video calls), collection and timely completion of paperwork/documentation, and coordination of support services for the children placed in their care.

The ideal candidate will be self-disciplined, able to easily pivot in the face of crisis situations, bring a since of duty and will value “getting it right”. In addition to direct contact with our parents and the children in their home, the position is responsible for documentation and adherence to and enforcement of predetermined protocols, policies, and procedures with a high degree of accuracy.

Successful candidates must have a basic understanding of a specialized area within a comprehensive field of knowledge normally acquired through attainment of a Bachelor’s degree.

Treatment Foster Care is a cutting-edge program offered by CK Family Services with the goal of developing and sustaining family-based treatment services for children with behavioral and mental health challenges for whom the traditional foster care system is not well equipped. We create opportunities for children and youth, who otherwise might linger in congregate and institutional placements, to receive high-quality treatment services in a warm and loving family environment.
