The Restoration/Reconstruction Service Professional is a vital member of our operations team, providing emergency services for water, mold, fire and storm damage in residential and commercial environments. You are our face-to-the-customer, and show respect, empathy, and patience when communicating with customers who may feel considerable circumstantial duress.

We are seeking enthisiastic, reliable personnel, who are eager to learn the restoration industry. We will train you to evaluate, scope, and mitigate restoration jobs. Construction knowledge is a plus! We want individuals who are motivated to work and learn, and possess high energy and positive attitudes. Opportunities to advance into management position. Primary duties:

water extraction

mold remediation

smoke damage clean-up

demolition

equipment set-up, monitoring and take-down

use of industry technology and software to document specific qualities of each job

Specific requirements:

ability to empathize and care for others

ability to use smartphone and tablet

ability to climb ladders to access residential roofs for damage assessment

ability to work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)

comfortable working alone or with others in a fast-paced environment

must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds

ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with customers and insurance personnel

ability to work a flexible work schedule

must possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record

ability to successfully pass a background check
