Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
- Process orders and verify inbound receipts for accuracy. Run stock reports to check for product availability and accuracy of inventory records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Must address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
