*Pay scale based on experience: 3-5mo. $.57cpm 6-11mo. $58cpm 12-23mo $.60cpm 2-9yrs. $62.cpm 10yrs. $.64cpm
• Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend
• OTR all 48 states – majority of freight is East of I-35 but we go where the freight goes
• Drivers average 2000-2200 miles per week. • Average weekly miles are determined by HOS and availability
• ALL no touch freight
• 50-60% drop & hook
• 40-50% Live Unload
• No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs

Additional details:
• 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KW's
• Average length of haul is over 600 miles
• Operations specialist you can talk with whenever you need 24/7
• All shifts are empowered for your needs

Vacation Package
• 1 year = 1 week
• 3 years = 2 weeks
• 7 years = 3 weeks
• 15 years = 4 weeks

• Detention Pay $12.50 per hour after 2nd hour
• Layover Pay/Breakdown Pay $100 per day

SOB Pays $500 first load, $500 at 30 days
