CLASS A COMPANY OTR DRIVER MENTOR

POSITION DETAILS

• Weekly Pay Averages: $1,300 - $1,800+
• Get paid on ALL miles the truck runs – your miles plus your student's miles
• Base CPM (tier pay) + $0.10 CPM training pay + $0.04 CPM productivity pay + additional bonuses
• ** OTR - Out 11 Days Per Student**
• OTR mentors are generally out 11 days per student (1 day observation + 10 qualifying days)
• Work off a 14-hour clock – if trainee drives 5 hours, you have 9 hours left to drive
• Mentors get priority miles each week
• No wait times or mileage requirements – experienced drivers can become a Mentor immediately

MENTOR BONUSES

• $250 for 1st Pick Up
• $250 for 1st Seat Dispatch
• $0.10 extra CPM while student is onboard training
• $500 bonus when trainee completes 10K safe miles
• $300 bonus when trainee completes 20K safe miles

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card
• Minimum of 3 months recent Class A OTR experience (or 1 year within last 3 years)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• No DUI/DWI or Clearinghouse Violations in the last 5 years
• Must live Within 90 Miles of Orlando
