POSITION DETAILS

• Starting Pay: $0.35 CPM during training, advancing to full OTR pay rates
• Paid Training: $75 per day during mentor training (minimum 10 days)
• $100 food stipend during 7-day onboarding class
• Average Weekly Pay after upgrade: $1,300 - $1,400+ (2,600 - 2,800 miles/week)
• Home Time: 7-14 days out depending on domicile location
• Full 34-hour reset every Sunday
• 70% Drop & Hook freight - more miles for you
• Dry Van - No Touch freight
• Dedicated customer base - loads planned 24-72 hours in advance
• Late-model, well-maintained equipment (Sleepers - 100% Automatic)
• 24/7 Office & Maintenance Support
• Weekly settlements via direct deposit

TRAINING PROGRAM

• 7-day onboarding class at company headquarters
• Skills evaluation and additional training if needed
• Paired with experienced mentor after onboarding
• Minimum 10 days mentor training ($75/day paid)
• Upgraded to 1st Seat OTR position once approved by Safety

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card
• Must have graduated from a verifiable Truck Driving School (TDS) within the last 12 months
• Must be at least 21 years old
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• Must be willing to travel to company headquarters for onboarding
