Requirements

• **Must be at least 21 Years of Age

• **Minimum of 3 Months Class A Tractor-Trailer Exp within the last 12 Months (With minimum 40' Trailer)

• **No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the the past 5 years

• **No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years
  **
