About the Role:

Join Mid Atlantic Express LLC as a CLASS A Tractor Trailer Driver and become an integral part of our dynamic team in Syracuse, NY. We are looking for dedicated drivers who thrive in evening and overnight shifts, ensuring timely and safe deliveries while enjoying the open road.

Responsibilities:

Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport goods safely and efficiently.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.

Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies during transportation.

Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Deliver freight to designated locations on time while providing excellent customer service.

Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes and delivery updates.

Participate in ongoing training and safety programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 2 years of over-the-road driving experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and overnight shifts.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must pass a drug screening.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
