Compensation and Benefits
During the initial training period, which typically lasts 4-6 weeks, participants can expect to earn an average weekly pay of $650. Following completion of the training, the average weekly pay increases to $1,200-$1,250. A performance-based pay structure allows drivers to earn more based on their productivity.

Requirements
To be eligible for this program, applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL and a DOT Med Card. Additionally, they must have graduated from a trucking school within the last six months. The carrier does not accept drivers with suspended or revoked licenses.
