Summary: As a Sales Representative at CLFC Healthcare, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, set appointments, and convince prospects for our projects. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and achieving the set targets. This position requires exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media prospecting, and networking.
- Appointment Setting: Initiate contact with leads, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments for Project demonstrations or meetings.
- Persuasion and Consultative Selling.
- Project Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our projects, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with prospects and build trust through regular follow-ups, providing relevant information, and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, appointments, and sales activities, and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with your team, and other stakeholders to optimize lead generation strategies, refine sales techniques, and improve overall sales performance.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly set targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business development and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports, including activity reports, pipeline updates, and forecasting, to provide insights and contribute to sales planning and decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Skills (Required):
- Proven experience with 3‐5+ years in sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to articulate ideas and influence others.
- Persuasive and negotiation abilities to effectively convince prospects and close deals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using software and tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including consultative selling, objection handling, and relationship building.
- Adaptability to handle rejection and overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing solutions that meet customers' needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
