About the Client Services position
Responsibilities
Tier 1.5 customer service
Assist with communication and liaising about the program and answering questions/providing additional information
Demonstrate a full understanding of internal systems and policies
Schedule meetings, tasks, and events, and maintain calendars
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields (preferably > 3 years)
- Active listening and empathy
- Team player
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Process and detail-oriented
- Ability to deescalate
- Long-term commitment to, customer service, communicating complicated circumstances to clients, and the ability to move efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, listening, writing, and technical skills
