About the Client Services position

Responsibilities

• Tier 1.5 customer service

• Assist with communication and liaising about the program and answering questions/providing additional information

• Demonstrate a full understanding of internal systems and policies

• Schedule meetings, tasks, and events, and maintain calendars

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields (preferably > 3 years)
• Active listening and empathy
• Team player
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Process and detail-oriented
• Ability to deescalate
• Long-term commitment to, customer service, communicating complicated circumstances to clients, and the ability to move efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, listening, writing, and technical skills
