Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our Florence, SC clinic. This role is clinically focused first, with the opportunity to:
Develop a clinical niche or specialty (sports, spine, vestibular, dry needling, etc.)
Grow into a Clinical Director role over time
Or step into a Clinic Director position immediately for the right candidate with leadership experience
This position is ideal for a motivated clinician who wants to deliver excellent care today while building toward long-term professional and leadership growth.
Key Responsibilities
Practice at the top of your scope
Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver high-quality care using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement-based interventions
Educate patients to promote engagement, confidence, and long-term outcomes
Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and administrative staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Maintain timely, accurate documentation (with AI-enabled tools to reduce administrative burden)
Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development
For leadership-track clinicians: gradually assume responsibilities related to mentorship, clinic operations, and team development

Sports and activity-related injuries
Joint dysfunction, sprains, and strains
Spine pain and radiculopathies
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Gait, balance, and functional movement impairments
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Four 9-hour days (Monday–Thursday)
One 4-hour Friday
Every weekend is a long weekend

Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active South Carolina PT license (or license-eligible)
Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
Interest in professional growth, specialization, and leadership
Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred, but not required
