    Behavior Technician (BT) $22/hour (paid holidays for Full Time)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking full time or part time Registered Behavior Therapist or Behavior Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will work 1:1 and in group settings with clients, implement sill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and work under a BCBA to help your clients achieve their highest success.

    Responsibilities

    Delivers direct ABA therapy 1:1 or in a small group format to children on the Autism Spectrum

    Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan

    Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans

    Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.

    Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client

    Collaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc

    Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines

    Promptly report all incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation

    Provide high quality customer service to clients and their families

    Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred)

    The desire to work with children and experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is preferred

    Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Highly organized

    If not already RBT certified, commitment to become certified and maintain the certification as an RBT
