    Our company, Close Knit Therapy, is looking for an energetic, flexible, and compassionate BCBA to join our team! Hours: 9:30a-5:30p Days: Four days in clinic, WFH one day a week

    The following job requirements and expectations are listed below:

    BCBA Job Responsibilities: The following duties and job description are not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of an employee

    Provide ongoing support for client

    Conduct functional behavior and standardized assessments

    Write and maintain skill acquisition and behavior support plans

    Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress

    Attend weekly staff meetings

    Develop and conduct staff trainings

    Collaborate with other BCBAs and all campus leadership teams

    Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis

    Physical Demands May Include:

    Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling

    Assist with lifting, holding or positioning students with disabilities (including physical, behavioral, learning, etc.)

    Sitting or stooping on the floor for extended periods of time

    Standing or bending over repeatedly throughout the day

    Outside duties (supervising students on playground)

    Must work well in noisy and crowded environments

    Independent mobility to move about the classroom and campus throughout the day.

    Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

    Qualifications, Requirements and Skills:

    Masters or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

    Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individual and/or unit wide skill acquisition and behavioral programs

    Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures

    Background Check

    Effective and professional communication

    Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

    Critical thinking skills and problem solving

    Strong computer skills

    Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
