As a Skipper, you'll be the heart of the experience. You'll:
Greet guests with energy and professionalism at the front desk
Guide pup parents through the “I'm Here” check-in process for pet care services
Review daily appointments, prep food bins, and ensure every pup is ready to roll
Oversee grooming appointment flow and client coordination
Manage incoming messages in Gladly , our communication platform (think: text, email, live chat)
Resolve client questions with clarity, empathy, and follow-through
Upsell services like bar memberships and grooming add-ons when it's the right fit
Work alongside all other teams to keep operations running smoothly
Are detail-obsessed and love making processes feel polished
Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Can confidently juggle tech, multitask under pressure, and keep a calm, friendly vibe
Love solving problems and making someone's day
Are energized by a customer-facing role where no two days are the same
