Skiptown is looking for our next Guest Experience Skipper —someone who can own the full journey for our pet parents, from digital to in-person, and make it feel seamless, personal, and unforgettable.

    What You'll Do

    As a Skipper, you'll be the heart of the experience. You'll:

    • Greet guests with energy and professionalism at the front desk

    • Guide pup parents through the “I'm Here” check-in process for pet care services

    • Review daily appointments, prep food bins, and ensure every pup is ready to roll

    • Oversee grooming appointment flow and client coordination

    • Manage incoming messages in Gladly , our communication platform (think: text, email, live chat)

    • Resolve client questions with clarity, empathy, and follow-through

    • Upsell services like bar memberships and grooming add-ons when it's the right fit

    • Work alongside all other teams to keep operations running smoothly
