    OVERVIEW:

    The (Marketing) Creative Lead is responsible for both the design and the creative strategy for all print, video and digital promotions, as well as overall CLUB4 Fitness organizational branding, including internal document formatting and logos.To do so, the Creative Lead is responsible for developing creative guidelines and directing print collateral, websites, email campaigns, television and radio advertising, and related marketing activities under the direction of the Head of Marketing and Brand Management.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and or ability required:

    · Responsible for design & creative strategy for all print, video and digital promotions for member acquisition marketing, studio interiors, and web presence, as well as overall company branding & internal documents.

    · Responsible for art direction & graphic design across all critical member and prospect-facing projects

    · Sets creative strategy for the calendar year and for every national calendar promotion, including sub-products like internal communications and projects with training, real estate, etc.

    · B2C (business-to- customer, i.e. Club4 marketing itself to potential studio members)

    · B2B (business-to-business marketing, i.e. marketing to potential vendors or local influencers)

    o Oversee versioning main promotional assets

    o Partner with Marketing Department Head to create an asset hub and library

    · B2B2C (business-to- business-to- customer, i.e. assisting the field in marketing their individual locations to their specific customers)

    · Sets a creative strategy for social media, create assets to maximize social presence and remain on-trend.

    · Works with vendor partners to ensure local creative is on brand

    · Partners with Marketing Manager on the analysis of campaign performance, A/B Testing of creative campaigns, UI/UX, some data tracking, and trends in consumer behavior.

    · Works with vendor partners to ensure web development & web design is on-brand

    · Special projects and other duties as assigned.

    ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

    The (Marketing) Creative Lead will report directly to the Marketing Department Head but will act as a resource, liaison, and facilitator between executives, Operations senior leadership, Field operators and Managers, as well as Corporate leaders and business office personnel.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Knowledge, skills & abilities:

    · An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines

    · Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, etc.

    · A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts

    · Demonstrated proficiency meeting deadlines as well as meeting/exceeding customer expectations as a creative lead

    · Experience across related categories or industries: health, wellness, sports or other similar audience-targeted products

    · Ability to be a self-starter as well as to work in both a team environment and on an independent basis

    · Detail orientation and focus with strong problem-solving skills

    · Strong time management skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment

    · Incredibly responsive and adaptable with strong intuitive abilities

    · Strong persuasive skills with a comfort interacting with customers and vendors, alike

    · Strong computer skills (Google docs, Microsoft Office Suite) required

    · Willingness to travel up to 5% to domestic/local clubs, key openings and events

    1. Minimum certifications/educational level:

    · HS Diploma or equivalent, required

    · Associate’s or Four-year degree in marketing, advertising, communication, graphic design, art, or related field, preferred

    · 3+ years related creative lead direct experience required

    · Experience within corporate or personal wellness or gym/fitness or other hospitality industry, a plus

    · Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Work with frequent interruptions; climbing, stretching, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds; frequent use of computer and repetitive hand motions as well as close reading activities

    o Regulated air temperature and humidity as most work will be completed in an office or fitness club environment

    o Regular standing, walking, sitting, close reading, typing, are required while performing the duties of the role

    o Noise level is generally low

    o Travel may be required in relationship to new facility openings as well as in launching new programming

    · Hours are generally traditional business hours but may, at times, extend to long or late hours to accommodate the different time zones of club facilities as well as to address projects and other matters involving critical timelines.
