    WHO WE ARE:  CLV SALES MANAGEMENT is a privately owned marketing and sales consulting firm that focuses on face-to-face client relations. We specialize in customer retention and customer acquisitions. Our clients include a portfolio of a dozen Fortune 100 and 500 clients.

    WHO WE NEED:  CLV Sales Management is currently looking for a Full-Time Recruiter to help with staffing and administrative needs. The position is located in our Bethesda MD location. The candidate will be responsible for reporting to the office daily. This is a perfect opportunity for college graduates concentrating in areas of MARKETING, SALES, BUSINESS, MANAGEMENT, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, COMMUNICATIONS, ADVERTISING, TEACHING, AND HUMAN RESOURCES, just to name a few. 

    SUMMARY:

    Due to rapid company expansion, the primary responsibility of this role is to help with staffing needs. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing resumes through various channels, contacting candidates via telephone to discuss open positions with our company, scheduling interviews along with other administrative and staffing duties. The Human Resources Recruiter is and responsible for providing recruiting and administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours weekly. 

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Focuses mainly on talent evaluation and recruitment needs for the expansion of the company.
    • Assists with projects related to new employee paperwork, retention, and recruiting.
    • Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
    • Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities.
    • Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
    • Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be attending college or have a college degree in a related field
    • Experience working with Microsoft Office products
    • Impeccable professional image
    • Prior phone or staffing experience a plus
