*Highly interested in renewable energy with a minimum of 2-year successful solar sales experience
*Respond quickly and communicate effectively
*Willing to learn and adapt to dynamic environments
*Must have own transportation
*Manage sold accounts from start to finish

We offer a 10% commission structure, 30% profit sharing plus production bonuses.
Unlimited territory within San Diego on residential and commercial clients.
We provide 3 leads from our landing pages and social media platforms for every self-generated lead.
We provide the Get Referral platform with up to $1000 Advocate incentives for your clients so you can fill up your referral lead platform.
For an aggressive closing advantage, we provide a winning solar price advantage below $3 per watt.
We provide multiple products in additions to the solar to help you increase the contract total cost and therefore help you double your commission from each sale.
We offer our Sales Consultants up to $1000 upon sale signing and securing of financing and the balance of commissions upon job completion. We install by Fast Track and in most cases our installations are in 30 days or less.
We do not play games with commissions and offer the utmost transparency and simplicity with our compensation plans.
