What You'll Do

Deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment

Room patients, obtain vitals, and update medical histories

Assist providers with medical and aesthetic procedures

Perform phlebotomy, blood draws, and specimen handling

Assist with IV and IM therapy preparation

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and sterile environments

Support procedures including BHRT pellet therapy, EMSculpt NEO, and aesthetic services

Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR

Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness programs

Assist with retail skincare and nutraceutical recommendations

Maintain medical inventory and ensure clinical readiness

Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required

Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred

1+ years clinical experience preferred

Interest in aesthetics, longevity medicine, or wellness a major plus

Excellent communication and patient care skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficiency with EMR documentation
