We are seeking a 3-20 Public Adjusters & Public Adjuster Apprentices to become a part of our team! As part of the CMD Claim Consultants Team you will be joining a smaller family run firm looking to grow with the potential to grow along side us. We are currently a team of 4 looking to grow to 20 by the end of the year. This is a great opportunity to grow into a managment role within the company. 

We are looking for self driven motivated individuals who are not afraid to cold call, knock doors, go business to business, and use other sales methods to bring in claims. You must be outgoing, articulate, present a professional appearance, and be able to present your ideas in a clear and proffesional manner. 

Must have a 3-20 Public adjusters license or a 6-20 all lines adjuster license for the apprenticeship positions. 

A sales background is a must! the perfect candidate will not be afraid of rejection and will thrive on knowing they will not be capped out on income. The harder you work the more claims you bring in the more money you will make.

2.Previous 6-20's who want to become P.A's

3. Previous roofing sales reps looking to get into the insurance side of things.

4.Previous water mitigation or plumbing sales

5. Someone with knowledge of the construction field who also has sales experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads through marketing yourself and other sales methods
• Documentation of damages to residential and commercial properties.
• Putting together a proper photo report showing damages to properties.
• Communicating with the office regarding claims and sending paperwork in for those claims.
• Writing Xactimate Estimates to accurately reflect damages.
• Negotiating the settlement of claims with the insurance company.
• Providing excellent customer service to our clients throughout the life of their claim.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Claims Handling, Roofing Sales, Water Mitigation, Construction ect.
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Experience in writing xactimate
• Experience in generating leads.
