Customer Service Representative - Offset & Digital Printing
The Customer Service Representative is a dynamic position requiring strong communication skills, time management, and adherence to detail. The role functions as the liaison between sales, the client, and production. Customer service communicates with all parties following the job through the production process ensuring an on-time, quality delivery. Candidate must be timely, detail oriented, able to multi-task, manage time, prioritize, and work with a team.
Duties:
Convert Estimate to Job & Schedule
Update Customer on Schedule
Keep Account Manager Updated
Send Proofs
Enter Pertinent Information - Notes, Payment Info, Delivery Instructions
Manage Approval Process
Track Job Through Production
Update Sales and Management of Any Delays
Press Check When Needed
Attend & Contribute in Daily Production Meeting
Answer Phone
$38,000 - $50,000
Print Customer Service or Marketing Coordinator Experience is a plus.
