    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW: 

    The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and direct active marketing projects across The Joint Venture depart at CMG Financial. This individual will be responsible for the coordination and execution of projects prioritized by the Marketing and Development Manager. The primary goal of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to build awareness of our joint venture brands within the partnership organization and grow capture rate more broadly. This individual will be required to obtain an in depth understanding of systems and digital marketing. 

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

    • Create & manage email and social campaigns on a micro and macro scale
    • Assist with content creation and deployment for multiple accounts
    • Develop digital targeting and retargeting campaigns that build brand awareness and advocacy.
    • Build and manage workflows within a CRM
    • Track milestones and deploy associated & relevant content
    • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns
    • Partner with the Marketing Manager with the coordination, tracking, and deployment of marketing projects and tasks.
    • Liaison between creative, sales and ops for new and existing projects.
    • Provide weekly status reports on marketing goals and completion.
    • Coordinates execution of marketing plans to achieve marketing objectives.
    • Partner with the Marketing Manager on all administrative needs for the department including projects, events and tradeshow show coordination.
    • Assess current process and look for opportunities for efficiencies.
    • Other projects and assignments as needed.                                                                                                                               
    • Oversees day to day tasks of the Marketing and social initiatives.

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • BS in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent degree or experience.
    • Proficient knowledge of website and marketing analytic tools.
    • Familiarity with Adroll, Facebook, and Linkedin)
    • Creative and strategic thinking
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with concurrent deliverables
    • Ability to work in a fast- paced fluid environment
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • High level of integrity.

     NOT REQUIRED BUT NICE TO HAVE

    • Experience in the mortgage industry.
    • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash.

    PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

    Standard office environment, equipment and tasks, including work at a computer terminal.  This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day.  Employee must be open to work overtime to complete assigned tasks as needed.
