BrightStar is seeking 6 CNA's or HHA's to be consistent with a new client in Burnsville. We have both 12 hour days AND nights available. The client does not have any animals in the home nor do they smoke. This client will need assistance with ADL's and they will be attending Church regularly. They also need assistance with transportation to doctors appointments and such. We're looking for someone who's very compassionate, caring and will make a great fit with this client! Job Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification (not required).
A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
