About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans.
Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility.
Document patient interactions and care provided in compliance with regulations.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of patient care protocols and safety standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Physical stamina to assist patients and perform caregiving duties.
Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
