About the Role:

Join Azalea Homecare as a CNA and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Hampton, GA. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional care and support in a comfortable home environment. We are currently looking for a CNA in Hampton. This case is Live-In but could be split into two shifts (12 hours).

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Assist with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.

Participate in ongoing training and development to improve care skills.

Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Georgia.

Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
