Key duties in this environment include:
Personal Care & ADLs: Assisting with grooming, showering, eating, and hygiene, often with a focus on encouraging independence. If (applicable)
Mobility & Comfort: Turning, repositioning, and transferring residents between beds, wheelchairs, or to the bathroom. If (applicable)
Health Monitoring: Taking, recording, and reporting vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature). In the clinic and patient residence
Safety & Environment: Maintaining a clean, safe environment, preventing falls, and following infection control protocols.
Communication: Reporting changes in resident condition to RNs/supervisors and communicating with families.
Supportive Tasks: Assisting with activities, managing, and, in some settings, administering medication as allowed by state regulations.
