    Job Summary

    We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Campbellton Road, Atlanta, GA.

    This is a full-time, permanent position offering 40 hours per week with a client who is looking for a dedicated CNA to start as soon as possible. You will provide one-on-one care in the client’s home, assisting with activities of daily living while promoting safety, independence, and overall well-being.

    The ideal candidate is caring, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Prior home health or hospice experience is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility

    Safely assist clients with transfers in and out of beds, wheelchairs, and other seating

    Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse or agency

    Record care provided and complete required documentation accurately

    Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, changing bed linens, and maintaining a clean living environment

    Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed

    Provide companionship and emotional support

    Provide medication reminders according to the client’s care plan

    Assist with prescribed exercises and activities that promote independence and overall well-being

    Qualifications

    Current Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

    High School Diploma or GED preferred

    Minimum of one (2) year of professional CNA or caregiving experience preferred

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

    Current CPR certification required

    Must be available to work 40 hours per week on a permanent weekday day shift

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care

    Must be able to start ASAP
