Exceptional care needed for an exceptional client. We’re seeking a reliable, experienced CNA to support a client with ALS in a one-on-one setting. This role is ideal for caregivers who value trust, stability, and providing truly personalized care. You must have complex condition experience - i.e. ALS, Alzheimer's and Dementia, MS, Parkinsons, etc. Facility / Hospital background a plus.

With the ability to spend 3-5 days with a single patient, you will become part of their family and see the difference you can make in someone’s life.
