About the Role We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide high-quality in-home care to patients across Northern Nevada. This role is ideal for caregivers looking for flexible hours and meaningful work in home care and home health.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home patient care based on individualized care plans

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

Support mobility, transfers, and basic exercises

Prepare meals and assist with feeding

Monitor and report changes in patient condition

Maintain accurate documentation and care notes

Work collaboratively with nurses and care coordinators

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

CPR certification

Experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare preferred

Reliable, compassionate, and professional

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
