Job Responsibilities:

Meal Preparation & Shopping: Plan and prepare nutritious meals, ensuring grocery needs are met.

Personal Care Assistance: Support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily activities for comfort and well-being.

Mobility Support: Provide assistance with walking, transfers, and positioning to promote safety and independence.

Companionship & Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions through conversations and activities.

Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment.

Medication Management: Offer reminders and assistance with medication schedules.

Transportation Services: Drive clients to appointments or errands (valid driver’s license and auto insurance required).

Health Monitoring & Reporting: Observe and report any notable changes in health.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Tennessee

Previous experience preferred

Reliable transportation

Valid driver’s license

Willingness to undergo a background check

Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor
