About the Role:

Join FirstLight Home Care of Apex as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care in the comfort of their homes, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health status

Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote engagement.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in North Carolina.

Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.

Flexible schedule to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends.
