    Enhanced Community Support Services

Are you a CNA who loves caring for people but is ready for something different?

Imagine spending your shift supporting one individual instead of caring for 15 or 20 patients.

At Integrity Support Solutions, our CNAs work one-on-one with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who require Enhanced Supports. You'll build meaningful relationships while helping individuals live safely, independently, and successfully in their homes and communities.

If you're compassionate, dependable, patient, and passionate about making a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you.

Unlike working in a hospital or nursing facility, you'll have the opportunity to:

Work one-on-one with the same individuals

    Build meaningful relationships

Help people achieve personal goals—not just complete tasks

Spend time in the community rather than behind hospital walls

Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team

Make a genuine difference in someone's everyday life

    High school diploma or GED
