About the Role:

Join FirstLight Home Care of Guilford and Jacksonville, NC as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.

Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior to the nursing staff.

Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises as prescribed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients.

Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.

Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition guidance.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

Valid CNA certification in the state of North Carolina.

Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Background check clearance and CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
