Job Summary

Care the Wright Way is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for a permanent full-time weekday client in Gwinnett, GA.

This is an immediate opening for a caregiver who is reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care while helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance

Assist with mobility and safe transfers

Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed

Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition

Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care

Provide companionship and emotional support

Maintain accurate documentation and follow the client’s care plan

Qualifications

Valid PCA or CNA certification (preferred, if applicable)

Current CPR certification (preferred)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, dependable, and professional

Ability to pass required background screenings

Previous home care experience is preferred but not required
