About the Role:

Compassionate Home Health Care LLC is looking for dedicated and caring CNAs and Home Health Aides (HAAs) to join our team in Indianapolis, IN! This is a rewarding opportunity — available in both full-time and part-time capacities — to make a real difference in the lives of patients receiving care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes in condition to supervising staff

Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring

Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean home environment for patients

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Document care activities accurately and maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

Valid CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HAA) certification in the state of Indiana

Prior experience in home health, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Indianapolis area

Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
