About the Role:

Harrie's Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Snellville, GA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients by delivering personalized, high-quality care right in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance

Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety

Support patients with meal preparation and feeding as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for clients

Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare team members

Follow individualized care plans and document patient progress accurately

Requirements:

Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia

Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred

Strong understanding of patient safety, infection control, and care protocols

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Snellville, GA area

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
