Position Overview

We are currently seeking a caring and reliable Caregiver/Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for an elderly female client in Creston, Iowa during 12-hour daytime shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding relationship while making a positive impact every day.

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you will provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities, including:

Personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Meal planning and preparation

Medication reminders

Light housekeeping and laundry

Assistance with mobility and transfers

Companionship and emotional support

Engaging the client in activities such as conversation, reading, music, puzzles, and other hobbies

Monitoring client well-being and reporting any changes to the care team

What We're Looking For

Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and follow a care plan

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
