AC1 Homecare LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team ! We have part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care under direction of nursing supervisor

Observe clients' physical, mental and emotional health and report any changes or concerns to nurse supervisor

As needed, assist in meal preparation

Assist in the transport of patients to medical appointments

Provide companionship and basic care to clients

Maintain a clean and healthy environment

​Qualifications:

1-2 years previous experience in , patient care, or other related fields

Ability to work on a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Current Massachusetts CNA license or HHA/PCA certificate

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation
