We match caregivers with clients close to home whenever possible and work around your availability to create a schedule that fits your life.

Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience and certifications) Schedule: Flexible – choose the days and hours that work best for you (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)

What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support

Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing

Help with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities

Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and light housekeeping

Support clients with dementia/memory care needs

Monitor client condition and report changes to the office

Follow individualized care plans and infection control standards

Requirements

Active CNA license or HHA certificate required

At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (senior or home care a plus)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compassionate, dependable, and strong communication skills

Must pass Level 2 background screening

Authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, assist with transfers, and be on your feet for extended periods
