One You Love Homecare Winter Park is actively hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for part-time and full-time positions in the Lake Mary area.

We match caregivers with clients close to home whenever possible and build schedules around your availability.

Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience and certifications) Schedule: Flexible – mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends – you choose what works for you

What You’ll Do

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and daily living activities

Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

Prepare meals and assist with feeding

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying

Provide transportation to appointments when needed

Monitor client condition and report changes promptly

Follow care plans and infection control guidelines

Requirements

Active CNA license or HHA certificate required (we can discuss based on the specific case)

Experience in home care, senior care, or dementia care preferred

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse

Authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds

Ability to assist with mobility and transfers

Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
