Job Summary

We are looking for a FEMALE Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal communication skills is needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Care or Dementia experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist client with daily activities such as baths, transfers, or ambulating

Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home Light housekeeping , and assisting with personal care

Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor

Build relationships with client by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert

medications reminders

Engage patients in range of motion exercises or other activities

Companion care

Dementia care, playing card games, have

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program

High School Diploma or GED

Two to three year prior professional experience

Driver’s license required or ID

CPR certification required

Must have Current TB test

Live Scan and register with California home care registry (HCA)
