About the Role:

Golden Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/HHA to join our growing team in Chicago, IL! Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Monitor and report changes in patient health, behavior, or condition to supervising staff

Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional monitoring

Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean patient environment

Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner

Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:

Valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification in Illinois

Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred

Strong understanding of patient care techniques and safety protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a genuine desire to help others

Must be able to pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
