We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in their homes throughout Salem, McMinnville, Woodburn, Wilsonville, South Portland, and surrounding communities. If you have a heart for helping others and want flexible work with a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
Service Areas: Salem, McMinnville, Woodburn, Wilsonville, South Portland, and surrounding communities Schedule Needs: We are hiring for all visit times, including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist clients with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
Follow individualized care plans created by the Care Designer
Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment
Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
Accurately complete documentation and visit records
Participate in our Happier First Visit — a special introduction visit focused on building trust, understanding client needs, and creating a positive start to care
Deliver compassionate, respectful care that promotes independence and dignity
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience
Ability to communicate clearly in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proof of CNA or HHA license, if applicable
First aid and CPR-certified
Current TB Screening and criminal background check
Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Legal authorization to work in Oregon
Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience and clean driving record
Reliable transportation required
